Usually, we ship orders within 5-7 business days across India. Please allow us
1 - 2 days to process your order. Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.

Factors such as weather delays and holidays may cause unforeseen delays. The above shipping timelines are only estimates. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for availability and pricing.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept the return of products if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Requirements for Returns:

Must include a valid original purchase order number from vhmestore.com

All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing contents

If you want to return the product then 70% of your order amount will be refunded as we deduct 30% for our courier and packing charges

Refund processes could take 6-8 working days after we receive the item

We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received
